We offer contract-based support with flexible billing structures tailored to the scope and duration of your project:
- Hourly Engagements:
Ideal for short-term or ad hoc support (site walks, lease reviews, issue resolution)
- Monthly Retainers:
Best for ongoing involvement across multi-phase or multi-site projects
- Fixed-Fee Projects:
Available for well-defined scopes with clear deliverables and timelines
We do not mark up labor, materials, or subcontractor costs. We are solely compensated for our time, expertise, and project leadership.
